She gives clear instructions for the poses that you can follow whether you are a beginner or advanced. The class was very calming while still being a good workout. 5/5 I’ll definitely take more of Marisa’s classes!

When I entered the studio; I was politely welcomed. Throughout the practice I felt free to be myself and thankful to have been able to take this class.

Probably not the best class to kind of drop in on as a beginner, but the instructor was super kind and patient, and incredibly encouraging! It helped that the class size was small in that regard, as I was able to get help with my barbell form. The other attendees were also kind, even though it was clear I was not in the same league, haha! All said, I pushed myself and gave it my all, and I’m proud of what I did and happy with the outcome! Would like to continue with similar classes for sure.

I was originally very intimidated but she really took the time to break down the form for each move. I definitely recommend this class for beginners!

すべてのレビューを表示Loved this class! Best workout I had in awhile. Felt tired after and sore the next day, but in a good way! Instructor was great. He gave a lot of individual feedback to help make sure I was doing all of the exercises properly and also helped modify the exercises for me. This class seems good for all fitness levels. Instructor was motivating and caring. Always checking in and making sure I was feeling good while also pushing me to do my best. I recommend this place and I will definitely be back for more classes.
