すべてのレビューを表示Love yoga space but probably wouldn’t choose this instructor again. Not my favorite flow, never really felt like we could breathe into a pose. Also it felt like the sides were a little uneven.

すべてのレビューを表示I feel like I really pushed myself in this class and was proud I made it through. I had to do modifications for some of the moves I found a more challenging (I’m still working on strengthening my core so I can hold planks longer), but that’s okay! I recommend at least trying this class, even if you’re not sure if a higher intensity class is for you.

Marisa gives clear instructions for poses that you can follow whether you are new to yoga or more experienced. The class was very calming while still being fun and challenging. I had the best time and recommend any of Marisa’s classes!

すべてのレビューを表示Great workout! Instructor was great. He knew it was my first time and made sure I understood. Great explaining the workouts as well and making sure everyone was doing it right. Music was good. Only thing is there was a great warmup in the beginning but not a cooldown at the end. But I was able to stay and stretch afterwards on my own. But it was good. Glad I tried it. I see how people get obsessed with it.

すべてのレビューを表示Loved this class! Best workout I had in awhile. Felt tired after and sore the next day, but in a good way! Instructor was great. He gave a lot of individual feedback to help make sure I was doing all of the exercises properly and also helped modify the exercises for me. This class seems good for all fitness levels. Instructor was motivating and caring. Always checking in and making sure I was feeling good while also pushing me to do my best. I recommend this place and I will definitely be back for more classes.

The only thing was that CP classes tend to have consistently loud music with lyrics throughout that make it hard to hear the instructions sometimes- it would be great to walk it back a little!
