すべてのレビューを表示This is very dumbbell & kettlebell focus and very light barbell focus. It’s a nice easy workout, but it’s not very challenging. Great instructor, and Gym otherwise. But wish they would do a bit more barbell work in these classes since one exercise is not enough.

すべてのレビューを表示I really do love these classes. Such warm and welcoming energy, especially from Rachel! Never had heavy weightlifting seem so simple and casual before. I started out of convenience (close to work for me) but realistically I’d go out of my way to attend. Phoenix is the best!!!

The class is a self massage class meaning Angie asks the class what areas they want to target, and leads the class through difference exercises using the tools she developed. It was an incredible experience bc Angie really cares about teaching the technique and makes sure to adjust and tailor everyone’s postures based on their needs. You also really get *deep* with the exercises! My expressions throughout the class: 🥴😦😖😌The studio is a little warm but not uncomfortable. Angie also just has the best energy!
