    When I walked in, someone told me that this was the friendliest gym in LA. I must say that I agree. The class was well organized, with three 12-minute stations, which each had their own set of exercises written on a whiteboard. The instructor was really friendly and supportive, as were the other folks in the class. At 7am, there was also free street parking. Would highly recommend.

    I think this is a completely brilliant class. Rocco is incredibly experienced and pushes you hard but in a very professional way. The gym is highly equipped with all the best stuff that money can buy, I think this is gonna be the biggest hit in Los Angeles so you should get in here quickly.
