I usually have a hard time finding challenging reformer classes and teachers that actually offer detailed/specific verbal and hands on adjustments and correct form but Shani really knocked it out of the park. I was shaking, sweating, locked in af. Her playlist slapped and her flow kicked my butt. Deffff coming again
