    Alex was an awesome instructor! He and Jason were so welcoming and made me comfortable in getting oriented to the space and machine. Row House definitely felt more accessible and welcoming than other fitness studios in the area. Looking forward to going back!!

    Loved the space, pace of the class, and the awesome instructor who was communicative and ready to answer questions. Bonus points for the low lights and how music was synced with movement, all of which helped my neurodivergent brain thrive without overstimulation. I definitely look forward to my next visit!

    Sophie is a fun and experienced instructor! She's great at responding to questions. I appreciate the free water, towels, and snacks! Be aware that there's not a conspicuous sign from the sidewalk and there is no elevator, so give yourself plenty of time to get to class and not be late! There is a shower to freshen up after class which is a great amenity!
