すべてのレビューを表示First time at MVMTs mat sculpt class. Loved every moment of it, no matter how many breaks I took. Jazmin gave pointed instructions & demos when it came to the moves which I appreciated. It makes things a lot more enjoyable when the playlist is poppin too & was! Can’t wait to try another class of hers.

すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed this 7am class. It was great toning and a good amount of cardio woven in. It definitely gives you the shakes. The instructor gave clear directions along with visual cues. All of the staff members I encountered were very friendly. I felt like I got a good workout. It was a wonderful way to start the day.
