    It was fantastic. The coach really took the time to do a proper warm-up, focusing on all the joints we’d be using. We used the foam roller to target specific muscles more deeply, which was a game changer. The whole workout was super focused on protecting the joints, and at the end, he made sure we stretched properly. I 100% recommend this class for anyone with joint issues—or really, anyone at all, like me. I don’t have any issues, but I still like to keep them safe.

    I was the only one who showed up to class, so I ended up getting a one-on-one session with the instructor. I was a bit nervous since I’m still new and not familiar with the moves, but she was incredibly kind and supportive. She demonstrated everything on the reformer right next to me, which made it so much easier to follow along. It turned out to be a great class, and she made me feel really comfortable throughout!
