すべてのレビューを表示My first class at solid core ever and never did anything similar before. Arthur was awesome and gave amazing instructions. Gave some really good feedback back too. It’s a lot of isometric and eccentric workouts. Def tough and def coming back.

This is my first time going to WundaBar so the studio is smaller than I expected, but it’s perfect because Ryan is able to individually correct our forms. He also would compliment how excellent we were doing and made the extra effort to remember our names. It made me feel included as a first timer. The exercises were challenging but I quite enjoyed them and felt accomplished at the end. I am definitely coming back!
