    1st time taking this class and having this teacher. well organized, 3 sections match the class title. It's challenging but not hard, muscle shaking, but low impact. the teacher is lovely, calm voice, clear directions, modifications given for many moves and positions. Would return.

    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    One of the best Barry’s classes I’ve taken! They welcome first timers with open arms and do a great job of demonstrating floor exercises. I’m not a runner and it was refreshing to not feel pressured to run fast! I love this studio location and the locker room is so clean and well organized. They have hair ties, deodorants, Ouai products, towels for showering and working out, theraguns, Dyson hairdryer and a smoothie bar you can order from that’ll be ready post class!

    Avery brought the energy, he brought the vibes, he brought the “you can do anything” spirit. One of my favorite and hardest classes in a while! The music was perfectly synced. There was no time to be bored because there was so much variation. Loved this class!

    Coach Thor is a badass and great coach. I got one on one training and you can’t beat this deal. Aside from being an insane pro athlete and lifter, he’s an equally great instructor; coach really thoroughly teaches you technique and corrects your form. Will definitely be back.

    I’ve been taking classes here since they opened in June. Dungeons & Dragons is an absolute hidden gem in the neighborhood! It’s the most challenging class on the UES by far, but don’t let that intimidate you, every movement can be modified to your fitness level and everyone is incredibly friendly and motivating. There’s a sense of community here. Give them a try!

    FTF - First-Timer Friday NYC: format

    I ended up being the only one in the class which I was very self conscious about having a 1:1 (as I prefer group workout class settings) but Courtney was great! She made me feel very comfortable and was extremely patient with me while providing constructive feedback. She took time to work on little details that can help improve my practice in the future. She’s encouraging and very helpful. I definitely recommend! 😊
