    I wasn’t sure what to expect but enjoyed the class - Meghan didn’t call out specific speeds like in a Barry’s class but let us pick speed based on exertion levels and previewed how long we’d be maintaining that speed (ie 90 seconds to 4 minutes). Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. While I’m mostly an outdoor runner I can see myself doing a class in the winter to prep for a race since

    I’ve never been to any of Hayley’s classes before and apparently she was a sub?? Which is so surprising because that was my favorite SCULPT45 class I’ve ever taken! I’ve maybe taken ~10-15 classes and that was by far my fav due to the way she coached/instructed, the workout itself, AND the playlist! Best playlist so far.     Love Lindsey her approach to Yin is so relaxing and always make me feel better mentally and physically afterwards. It’s unfortunate that the gym doesn’t have a quieter place for her class. Loud talking, laughing and loud hip hop music should not be interrupting a class specifically designed to help you decompress and relax.

    Appreciated the warm up, especially given it was 6am. Seems like the microphone/sound system was just a bit off bc it was hard to hear his instructions in the beginning of the class. Good workout! Strong core section, my husband wishes he had his abs, you can tell he doesn’t skip any reps.

    Loved this class. As someone who is not an avid runner, I was nervous to go. But the loud music and red light distracted me enough was enough to pump me up. Wouldn’t recommend if you never have been to a fitness class before or are not familiar with many exercise because the instructor doesn’t explain the movements in depth and just leaves it up to you.

    Kiera is a great instructor. She is engaging and encouraging as she actively walks around the classroom throughout the duration of class. Kiera also provides great cues for the treadmill portion of the class. She lets participants know what speeds are suggested and most importantly how long each "working" block is before recovery - so that participants can adjust their speeds accordingly. This is extremely helpful because on longer blocks you may need to scale the speed back and on shorter blocks you can push the pace. (Other instructors do not always do this which is frustrating) Great all around job Kiera!

    I love this place! I Lyft so unsure about parking, but there’s restrooms, cubbies, & water available. Check yourself in on the tablet at the front desk & you’ll be assigned a treadmill.
