Although I’m not necessarily a beginner, I found it helpful to run through the basics in the beginning of class. Everyone was encouraging, members and staff alike.     You can say I barre hop. I live in southtowns but work in north towns and sometimes go to franchise barre studios because its near my work. This is my favorite studio to do barre. I always leave feeling challenged and like how the instructors help me with my form. I'm starting to see results and I'm happy! Kennedy is one of my favorites, she is really upbeat and challenges us. Nice energy and vibe. I usually do her classes twice a week and look forward to them! 💪❤️

    As a beginner, I really appreciate all the form cues from Victor. Especially cues like how much weight should be in each leg for certain punches and how close or far back I need to be from the bag. Such a good full body class my shoulders are on 🔥!     This class was AMAZING. I love this class but today’s session I was just vibing with. I felt so connected to the yoga, and I noticed some improvements in some of my poses which made me happy. I left the class feeling so refreshed. The instructor does a wonderful job and I’m really happy to see that the class was truly an all levels hot yoga class. Lately the last few classes I felt were more intermediate or at least for flexible people. Today’s class was excellent and made all the poses challenging but accessible for everyone.

Love the gym -I’ve been taking classes here for over 5 years and as a personal trainer myself I can confirm that his classes are methodical he uses a structured intentional approach to help clients achieve goals.     I like this class a lot im surprised its not more full. Its more simple for the moves on the bike but i like the arm exercises. This is ripped ride so you do weights 2-3 times during the class. I love this as i feel its really toning my arms. I think if i do this 2-3 times per week it could make a difference. Liz is a very nice instructor too and personally greets all the students. She has great energy and really motivates everyone. I highly recommend her class

    I really like Jeffrey’s classes they are difficult but they build up well. His workouts are easy to recreate but the actual move really is so harddd. You will come out of that class with a juicier booty and rock hard abs. I also appreciate that he looks after everyone in the class and ensures you’re doing the movements correctly and have perfect form.     The last few times I’ve gone to James’ classes, they’ve been full. Which makes perfect sense because he is such an amazing instructor. I’m officially on the bandwagon! I love the layout of his class, the core work, flows, and the technical foundations he provides. The facility is nice and new. Highly recommend bringing a towel. The class was very intense. The instructor had good energy.     Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun.
