If you come by yourself, needless to say but be prepared to work in pairs and come in close contact with others. The studio is located in a basement and is very spacious. However, I felt the air was quite dry and irritating for the throat. I don't know if it had to do with the filter conditions in the vents. Check-in instructions are not super clear for first timers. There's a big screen with a digital check-in pad outside the entrance. Overall, this was a very good and sweat-inducing intro class to Krav Maga. It felt like a mix of boxing / self defense moves / body conditioning.

For instance, I’m recovering from a lower back injury so I currently prefer slow flow and the person next to me mentioned they were a seasoned yogi. The studio owner was also at class and was super friendly! The space was clean and it was comfortable too to do yoga on the mat. Can’t wait to come back

すべてのレビューを表示Loved this class! Alice is super sweet and lead a fun and challenging stretching routine. She provides great instructions while also offering hands on assistance to help you go deeper in the stretch. Most of the stretches I’d never done before, working out muscles in my body I typically wouldn’t, so thought that was really great. While still great for beginners, the class was also much more demanding than I expecting, making it a great workout while also drastically helping with improved flexibility. Would definitely recommend this studio, looking forward to returning and trying the other stretching classes :)

すべてのレビューを表示Great intro class! I felt bad as when I checked in the owner frustratedly stated they do not accept class pass, and in the same breath said he would let me join for today only. I was very grateful and then realized I had overlooked other reviews indicating as much. Would recommend this gym & intro BJJ class for sure. It was one of the most impactful workouts I have had in a while. I often practice yoga & inversions, skate, and walk/run though I was utterly not prepared for this style of fitness. HiiT combat would best describe it. Will return, though not via class pass. Hopefully CP can get it together and stop taking advantage of this small business!
