His energy was awesome, he was hands on, but also asked for our consent to touch us before the class began. He’s an actual professional MMA fighter so you can actually hit him hard and see what it’s like to implement what you’re learning. I left feeling like I could really mess someone up if I needed to. His energy is great too! He’s just a lot of fun. I highly highly recommend his class

For instance, I’m recovering from a lower back injury so I currently prefer slow flow and the person next to me mentioned they were a seasoned yogi. The studio owner was also at class and was super friendly! The space was clean and it was comfortable too to do yoga on the mat. Can’t wait to come back
