I guess some common exercises at forum I was doing slightly wrong and hes been the most attentive and helpful when it comes to showing you how to do them correctly.

すべてのレビューを表示I LOVE fast twitch! I’ve been going for a little over 2 years and it’s been an amazing workout every time. Michael is a great instructor, I especially liked what he did last class where we ended the circuits a few minutes early and the whole class did an ab workout together.

すべてのレビューを表示One the best and most fun workouts I’ve had in a while. Alfredo was so welcoming and encouraging, such a playful yet focused and high energy instructor. Loved chatting for a few after class, he really made me feel like I belonged there despite never dancing Latin style a day in my life! 10/10 experience 🫶🏻

But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.

I understand that biking can target core but your other absolution classes are floor work so I think most people will assume it’s that.

すべてのレビューを表示For being a cool vintage theater I would have thought they would have a cool vintage movie playing on the big screen. Instead they had a weird cheesy animated children’s movie playing. Otherwise, it is kind of fun to work out inside an old art deco theater.

Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.
