The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tour of all the other services they offer like cryo, light therapy, float room, etc. It was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. As someone who has a fear of getting stuck in the vessel, and is new at cryo, this made me feel safe and I could stay in longer bc I knew someone was there.
