They turn the lights to purple which creates a club vibe. Before you realize you burned a ton of calories and smiling the whole time. Definitely come check them out!!!!!

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tour of all the other services they offer like cryo, light therapy, float room, etc. It was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. Definitely will come back!

Also, the class was as easy or difficult as you choose because you can choose to use heavier weights or lighter weights, or even faster/slower modified movements. I liked it and am considering getting a crunch membership!

Definitely more intense than at- home versions, which is exactly what I wanted. Obviously I won’t see immediately effects however I’m excited to continue RLT to see if there’s any improvements.

After an indoor cycling and leg day workout at the gym, I rewarded myself with Compression Therapy on my legs and then with Infrared Sauna session and it was wonderful, to end my wellness day! The manager Joe and Daloj received me and treated like at home. I enjoyed the session relaxing and just connecting with my well being time. They have multiple recovery options, and I’m excited to try out more activities. A must try place! 😍

I've tried floating, red light sauna, and contrast therapy. love them all. the contrast therapy cold plunge was the most difficult. i may try again to see if it gets any easier because I know it can be incredibly beneficial. the spaces are beautiful, clean, and relaxing. it's a great studio and I will definitely be back.

As someone who has a fear of getting stuck in the vessel, and is new at cryo, this made me feel safe and I could stay in longer bc I knew someone was there. It might seem a bit “extra” to some that can’t relate but I wrote this for my fellow people out there who want to try it but may be hesitant. Great staff, great facility!

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by beautiful, clean, and incredibly calming facilities that instantly put your mind at ease. The highlight of my experience was hands down Christina. She has a wonderful, warm personality that makes you feel welcome and cared for right away. Her massage was truly intuitive. She knew exactly where I was holding tension and went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling completely renewed. I also tried the salt float, which was pure heaven. It is the ultimate self treatment that everyone should treat themselves to regularly for a total mind and body reset. If you are looking for a top tier wellness experience, this is it.
