I’m so sorry - my MIL was here to watch my son so I could go to the appt but she got news of the dog’s terminal cancer diagnosis in his sacral/lumbar region and was a mess and I’m still sitting with her now since she got off the phone with the vet. すべてのレビューを表示I discovered Active Spine and Wellness Center on ClassPass when I was looking for wellness opportunities. I saw that there was an opening for 6pm for a Cupping with Red Light Therapy so I decided to book it. The location was easy to find. The build has plenty of parking in the area. The offices faces Mountain towards the corner of the building. Dr. Siavash Nikkhou welcomed me in and gave me a first time patient waiver to review and sign. This is for safety purposes to make sure you don't have any certain preexisting conditions to be aware of. After completing the form I was welcomed to the patient room. He asked if I had any areas I wanted to work on, and my profession to check for common strains. I asked for attention to the low back and since I work a desk job, he also focused on the neck and shoulders. Dr. Nikkhou uses the suction cupping so he can control the amount of suction in each area. The pressure was comfortable. He checked on me as they were applied. Then he left me to enjoy the treatment for about 10 minutes before he came back to remove it. From my suction results he could tell that I'm right handed! Neat! He showed me which areas had more stagnation and which areas were more circulated. Dr. Nikkhou is primarily a chiropractor, and he also has electric muscle stimulation and cupping therapies. What I really appreciate is his hours. He really cares about his patients and clients so on weekdays he is open as early as 8:30am all the way until 7pm. And he is also open on Saturdays from 8:30am to 3pm. That's super helpful for the working professional who doesn't get off until later. I really enjoyed my interaction and service received so I can definitely see myself coming back.

She really took the time to listen to my wants and needs and customized a session specifically for my body goals. Her energy is radiant, kind, and so welcoming. I did the lymphatic drainage and EMS machine treatment. The EMS definitely feels different , not painful at all, just a unique muscle-pulling sensation. And honestly, I was shocked by my first-session results. My cellulite looked noticeably better, my tummy stretch marks appeared visibly improved, and my body contour looked much more defined. I tried the red light therapy which has the added amazing benefit of lying on a PEMF mat and that evening I slept so well and the next day I had an incredible amount of energy and excitement for life. I felt great for at least another two days, which brings me to today so I'm not sure how long the benefits last. (I used program number three). I also tried the cryotherapy, (today) which is so cool! It is way way way better than cold plunging. And they also have a bunch of other fun stuff including a therapy that I did not try, but after 20 minutes of just lying there you basically get a 3 to 4 hour strength workout, WOW! so many super cool things here.
