I loved all the extra opportunities to flow deeper in every pose esp the standing poses like tree and dancers pose. Savasana was used so eloquently between poses I especially loved how it allowed for full engagement of the core in transition though sit ups. Great class perfect temperature to embrace the warmth in the heat.

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tour of all the other services they offer like cryo, light therapy, float room, etc. It was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. Definitely will come back!

The employee who checked me in gave me a clear explanation of how to do it, what the options are for temperature/time etc. She was very patient with me when I had some questions about if the door locks (it does not lock), and irrational fears about getting stuck in there, if they would forget I was in there…anyhow I appreciated her listening to me and really with no judgement that I could detect. You wear your own clothes but use their socks and slippers. You can listen to music on headphones they provide. I will be back for an additional session and maybe try the hyperbaric chamber🧡🔮💫
