すべてのレビューを表示Maria is an amazing guiding voice throughout this practice. She creates such a calm, safe, free space for everyone. Class was spent on our backs doing some very slow, very gently stretching and deep breathing. This was not a flow. I could tell everyone wore their comfiest clothing, and next time I would even bring a light, comfy sweatshirt. Props, such as blocks, a blanket, and bolster were encouraged to make it comfortable for ourselves. Maria provided three different essential oils she very kindly shared and passed around the room for anyone who wanted to dab some on their wrists before beginning. I can imagine this class being especially lovely when the time changes and it’s dark outside, illuminating the candlelight, but the gentle light filtered through the curtains was pleasant in its own way. If you’re looking for some time for yourself, to engage in self care and self love, to give yourself the gift of being still and quieting your body and mind, you will love this class. Perfect after a long Monday.

I had a lot of release in my body in areas being adjusted, watering eyes and yawning. I could feel mild therapeutic pain being released as well. It was very helpful and Derrick explained a lot about the process and made me feel very comfortable.

すべてのレビューを表示Loved the lymphatic facial treatment, it’s relaxing and I feel so light and revitalized afterwards. Yuki is skilled in the pressure and technique she applies. Not everyone understands the delicate lymphatic system is and how important it is to adhere to a certain level of light pressure and direction to properly move the lymph, but she does. My face looks less puffy and so smooth afterwards. Her reiki is also fantastic, I could feel the shift in energy during the process. Highly recommend!

She’s very knowledgeable in her work and shares her knowledge with you. I was super comfortable from the time I walked in I knew the energy was “just right”. I highly recommend this facility. I had only experienced like 5 minute Reiki “add on sessions” at another facility and had never had a full Reiki session before and I wasn’t too sure what to expect. After the session, I had an overwhelming sense of weight lifted off my chest and the past week I have noticed myself having a whole different way of looking at situations in a positive and more productive way. I also enjoyed the shop and bought myself an orange aventurine crystal, sage and a tigers eye bracelet. Overall amazing experience!
