It was at as easier level but not without many challenging movements for all abilities of dancer. I am focusing on less athletic dance which doesn't challenge my asthma too much but instead challenges aspects within my control like musicality, style and technical application.

すべてのレビューを表示Nice class, very well priced for a small group! Some of the movements quite difficult for a non-dancer but regressions and progressions offered for those who wanted it. Quite bright ceiling lights which can be frustrating when working on your back and can't look anywhere else! Other than that, really good =)

すべてのレビューを表示Lovely lovely reception staff, usually 6 women max for 3 lanes in the women’s only swimming sessions which is great for space, beautifully purple lit pool with mosaic arches and serene vibes. Always friendly clientele. Lovely posh shower gel provided. Great post-swim offerings and much appreciated food and drink options in the light filled cafe. I love the chicken avocado salad and a matcha or chai latte.

すべてのレビューを表示Really sweet teacher and I loved the class! For a real beginner it might be a little hard since the group is already Training for a while and they have their choreos but the teacher always showed me the steps again and took the time for it! Really enjoyed
