すべてのレビューを表示Fun new experience, good core workout, open to do it more often! Feel energized, loved it! Teacher was great but would love to hear more details about how to use the right techniques. The instructions went by quick, maybe I was distracted or because it was my first time, I had to watch the rest a few times to understand the movements. For the rest it was still fun even as a newbie.

Also for absolute beginners this is manageable, will definitely come back

Her class is such high quality, she provides great advices, the class is truly challenging and so well structured and thought through. Julia (the instructor) is also very talented, so she can demonstrate many new poses and she explains how to learn them, she also has a stunning energy that creates such a beautiful yoga atmosphere. Truly my favorite yoga class. I wish she’d give classes in Paris as well
