Rochelle was my instructor and she absolutely ate downnnn 😂💕 She was so patient, friendly and warm, which made me feel really comfortable as a complete beginner. She taught everything at my pace, made sure I understood what I was doing and made the whole experience feel fun rather than intimidating. She even helped me get the cutest content while I was there, which was such a bonus! Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Rochelle! 🥰✨

The class size isn’t too big so everyone had individual support. We went through a range of different moves and routines. The pace was great, we had enough time to go through things by ourselves.
