すべてのレビューを表示I liked how helpful and encouraging everyone were. The challenge level is upon you to set by choosing the right weights for yourself. My body is a lil sore the next day after the session but in a good way, not in a painful way. Would suggest to get there early to set up for the class.

C’est vraiment comme une séance de madérotherapie ++ et sur le moment on sens bien que la machine casse les cellules de graisse et on ressens vraiment les effets après la séance. The swimming pool was incredible with such a nice vibe and there was so much room. The sauna and steam room were also great. Everything was clean and well kept (I was shocked as some of the reviews say quite the opposite). 10/10 will definitely be coming back

すべてのレビューを表示J’ai fait une séance de pressotherapie, et j’ai aussi eu l’opportunité de tester la Cryothérapie WOW, ça m’a fait tellement du bien!! Je pratique les sports de combat où on subit parfois des coups et on a intérêt de récupérer au max pour éviter des blessures, ces 3 minutes à la cabine du corps entier ont été magiques pour moi, j’ai pu ressentir les résultats immédiatement et mon douleur du genou causé suite à une opération a été soulagé comme si j’avais pris des antidouleurs!! je recommande fortement à tout le monde d’y essayer moi j’ai hâte de revenir bientôt
