すべてのレビューを表示The class is super relaxing and I absolutely recommend it. The studio is a hidden gem as well. The building entry rules are not that great, you have to submit your original EID to get into the lift lobby. If not, you call someone from the studio to let you in. this is easily fixable if the building management accepts the booking confirmation and copy of the EID.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved the space, it was simple, clean, and easy to reach once you’re in the hotel. The instructor had a very lovely voice and I especially appreciate that she takes the time to give the basic poses in case we couldn’t do the original ones described. Her voice was very soothing and I definitely felt very relaxed after! Overall, I kinda wish it was a little slower sometimes with the breath work but all good, it was a good one and I’m excited to come back again!
