She supported me so gracefully without me feeling embarrassed about asking what to do. I felt challenged and the class worked on full-body which is great. The setting, music, as well as the amount of students was PERFECT. I’m definitely coming back!❤️

すべてのレビューを表示Alyona was great guiding us through all exercises and correcting Asanas I didn't realise I wasn't aligned. 1st class with her and in one exercise I reached for 1st time ever the floor with the head. She is truly good, and she cares. And I felt very welcomed...even though I entered a bit late, apologies, now I know the entrance !

I loved this class bit you need to know it’s not a workout, it’s more of a mindful relaxation session. Which is honestly exactly what most of us need more than we think. Just taking the time to slow down and allow myself to relax was soooo great! Thank you for this space.
