She keeps walking around to check each one of us ensuring that our posture, position of our hands, legs, feet are correct. Would love to attend her class again.

The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.

Karina’s instructions were clear and easy to understand and she will demonstrate each position before coming to correct us. Some positions are abit difficult to get into. But it gets better later on. Definitely will come back.

The prices aren’t that bad however because there’s no monthly payment option it’s a bit inaccessible. However if it fits your budget I would most definitely recommend as it is the most beautiful gym ever!!
