She adapted the practice perfectly around my tennis elbow flare and still made it feel complete. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!
