Rene is an incredible instructor—she made it super beginner-friendly while still keeping it challenging enough for more experienced dancers. The energy was amazing, the moves were fun, and it was a serious workout (definitely worked up a sweat!). Whether you're new to hip hop or have some experience, this class is a perfect mix of fun and fitness. I’d 100% recommend it and will definitely be back!

Elena did a great job leading the session—it didn’t feel like an hour had passed. The space has such a Zen atmosphere that I felt truly held in a safe and nurturing environment. The final relaxation, enhanced by the Tibetan Singing Bowls, made me feel like I was completely zoning into my comfort, releasing all the tension.
