すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed my Pilates intermediate class with coach Joy!. I especially appreciated how the instructor focused on teaching me the proper posture and form throughout the session. We worked on the core, legs, and arms, so it felt like a well-rounded full-body workout. Overall, I’m very happy with how the class turned out and I definitely enjoyed the experience.

すべてのレビューを表示Outstanding! The class was exactly what I wanted and friendly for all levels beginners to advanced. The coach is very knowledgeable and will adjust to your level accordingly. We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.
