The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. Andrea was an excellent coach — he kept the energy high, gave clear guidance, and made sure everyone felt encouraged and motivated throughout the class.

It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. A notification would help manage expectations and allow members to decide whether they still want to attend.

She is also very engaging and shows us how to modify movements aswell. Overall I enjoyed the class and look forward to doing Pilates with her.

すべてのレビューを表示It was my first circuit class I was not expecting it to be so challenging. There was 200m run then 40m sled then 10 kettlebell swings, 10 rel and 10 squat, then 12cal burn on ski and then ball smash 5 times, 5 burpees and then repeat all over. But since I had been working out n was active I still was able to push myself. It’s not for beginners definitely. Need to keep going here to build stamina and endurance. Hectic but feels worth it. Aaand parking is an issue. There is a handful RTA parking across the road which is like a 5min walk which is almost always full. They don’t have reserved parkings.

His positive attitude made the session both enjoyable and inspiring, and he really encouraged everyone to give their best. The class felt very personalized, and Felipe took the time to make sure I was using the correct technique and not risking any injuries. At the same time, he knew exactly how to push me to my limits in a safe and motivating way. The atmosphere was welcoming, the workout was challenging, and I left feeling accomplished. I would definitely recommend his classes to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced.

What I didn't like is that it says they have valet but the valet is actually closed, so I called the studio and they said to park anywhere out front. then security gave me a hard time and told me I couldnt park even though there was space for 10 cars and the hotel is empty.
