    This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

    This was a really fun and challenging class in a really welcoming atmosphere. The instructor Vincenza is exceptionally good at what she does. From her explanations to the modifications that she provided, all around really knowledgeable and made me feel safe to move in ways that I was apprehensive about. I will mention that this class is a part of a series so some may feel like they’re missing out by jumping in but I felt good about it.

    I did the Upperbody Strength class at 12:00pm. Nadine was very friendly. She took the time to help everyone with their form, and was knowledgeable.     The HIIT class was very adjustable based on your strength level. As a beginner who is very out of shape I felt so comfortable and supported. Joanne, the instructor, really helped me with my posture. This is also the friendliest class that I have attended so far on ClassPass. All the classmates made me feel welcome.     The community at this gym was so friendly and welcoming! This is my first time doing a strength training class and Sam (trainer/owner) guided me through all the movements to make sure I was safe and maximized my workout. The gym is located in Unit 35 towards the end of the hallway. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and we did 4 stations with different weight lift and band exercises. There was a point when someone requested to adjust the intensity of an exercise and Sam was more than happy to give an alternative which was really nice. It’s a smaller gym so I was able to get more teaching time from Sam which I appreciated. I would come back again!
