    PILATES BURN

    Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

    Cassie’s an awesome instructor! Her hardass class is one of of my favorites classes at Elle. Her routines are easy to follow, and the perfect level of challenging. I love how her class is structured (mostly focused on glutes with a core break). Would definitely recommend!

    The class size was quite small, only 5 people when I went which meant a lot of guidance from our instructor Sydney. She was great about giving form corrections for anyone that needed it. This workout was definitely focused more on building strength and keeping up good form rather than high intensity. People of all abilities can take this class confidently.

    Laurel is the best! She will look at you with a little smile which means she knows you are strong enough to go a little heavier and the next thing you know there are extra weights on your barbell or trap bar and you are lifting more than you ever thought possible.     This was a really fun and challenging class in a really welcoming atmosphere. The instructor Vincenza is exceptionally good at what she does. From her explanations to the modifications that she provided, all around really knowledgeable and made me feel safe to move in ways that I was apprehensive about. I will mention that this class is a part of a series so some may feel like they’re missing out by jumping in but I felt good about it.

    The HIIT class was very adjustable based on your strength level. As a beginner who is very out of shape I felt so comfortable and supported. Joanne, the instructor, really helped me with my posture. This is also the friendliest class that I have attended so far on ClassPass. All the classmates made me feel welcome.
