すべてのレビューを表示This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

すべてのレビューを表示This was one of my favourite reformer classes on ClassPass! Payge provided clear instructions, was attentive, fixed everyone’s form throughout the class and had a modified version of each exercise which was great. Such a solid ab and lower body workout - would do this class again!!

Jenn kept checking on us as we went along and had non stop instruction through very clear mic. Music was great! Not traditional ballet music at all, but more electronic. Loved it!

I also liked how attentive she was and would give your posture. No other instructor had told me I was doing the downward dog incorrectly until she pointed it out.

すべてのレビューを表示Andre’s beat class is always amazing. Great music, fun choreo, clear instruction and always on beat. I’ve tried lots of instructors at many studios and Andre’s definitely one of the best. You can tell he puts effort into making it a great class. The room is good too— not too dark and the bikes are spaced out well. Headphones let you control the volume so I don’t ever leave here with ringing ears💕

すべてのレビューを表示I always wanted to try reformer Pilates because I have bad joints and mat Pilates really gave me a lot of pain. This class was the perfect speed and intensity for me. Thank you to Kim, the instructor, for assisting me when I was struggling to keep up, not because it was too difficult, but because I just wasn’t used to the machine. Would recommend this for anybody who wants to do Pilates, but need to ease into it a little bit.

I was super intimates going in because I have never done ballet before and have no knowledge of it whatsoever but the teacher was so attentive, clear, informing, and just all around so great. The class was small which made it so that the teacher could really focus on all of us. It was super welcoming. I will say, when I first entered the building I thought I was in the wrong place and I wasn’t sure where to go. Clearer instructions of what studio to go to I think would be beneficial.

The speed of the class was good too, I felt the heat but could keep up. Will definitely be back, and the space is so lovely on a sunny morning!

すべてのレビューを表示It was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.

Barre is definitely worth trying if you want a full-body workout that targets every muscle with small but intense movements. I highly recommend this place!
