    Chivon was an amazing instructor! Her cues were perfectly timed and descriptions very clear. Challenging but accessible class. I do wish we had more flexibility to choose mat location as I was attending with a friend and we weren’t able to be beside one another.

    It was a great structure. Self paced but still guided. He gave you a printed training sheet so you knew what your exercises were and it was choose your own journey for open stations and weight. You track your weights and can validate your growth. It brought me back to team lifts in my varsity years. Very fun.
