He would say things to make tiny adjustments when I was tired and it kept me locked in. Would recommend to all levels for people who want to train boxing. 10/10. 🤘

すべてのレビューを表示The gym itself was busy as there was another class going on at the same time. I felt intimidated but inspired at the same time. I really enjoyed the class and instruction from Tiana and Ana. I didn’t know what to expect but it was challenging and I worked up a sweat! Really important that all women take some sort of self defence. Hope to become a regular at this gym!
