    PILATES BURN

    Best Pilates class and instructor in the city. This is a great workout, whether you do it alone or as a compliment to strength training. The instructor does a great job of providing a challenging workout that still pulls from the basic principles of Pilates. The class is accessible, powerful and fun. I find most of the Pilates classes in Toronto to be either too dull or too trendy. This is neither of those. I hope to see her teach more often at PF.

    Sweat Flow

    I enjoyed this sweat flow class more than the other sweat flow I attended at Chi Junky. Amanda's energy felt more warm and welcoming than I'd previously experienced. The playlist was great, and the volume was high, but I could still hear her instructions. I do enjoy the challenge of these classes, but sometimes I find the vibe too intense. This felt pretty good though. Thanks, Amanda!

    Another great class with Well BYND! The instructors at this studio really know their stuff. The class was challenging, but all the movement was intentional and focused on proper form.     Olympic Weightlifting 101

    That was my first time at Bang Fitness and my first Olympic lifting class in many years and I couldn’t be happier with my experience this morning. Coach Vivek greeted me arrived and made me feel at ease in a new space. He also had a great feel on when to provide feedback and when to encourage and was so knowledgeable at his domain.
