    This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

    I always wanted to try reformer Pilates because I have bad joints and mat Pilates really gave me a lot of pain. This class was the perfect speed and intensity for me. Thank you to Kim, the instructor, for assisting me when I was struggling to keep up, not because it was too difficult, but because I just wasn’t used to the machine.     That was my first time at Bang Fitness and my first Olympic lifting class in many years and I couldn’t be happier with my experience this morning. Coach Vivek greeted me arrived and made me feel at ease in a new space. He also had a great feel on when to provide feedback and when to encourage and was so knowledgeable at his domain.
