The class was really challenging but provided options for higher (beast) and lesser (warrior) intensity for different fitness levels. She also offered substitutes based on your personal ability: someone with a plantar issue got an exercise safe for them Just overall great.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

She is very detail-oriented and I also really appreciate how she goes around the class to fix your posture. The class was challenging enough but also beginner friendly. Thank you to Kim, the instructor, for assisting me when I was struggling to keep up, not because it was too difficult, but because I just wasn’t used to the machine. Would recommend this for anybody who wants to do Pilates, but need to ease into it a little bit.

Didn’t realize why they had ginger candy all around because you’re upside down 80% of the time! Felt a little lightheaded after so I would suggest not doing this before work or anything important. Would definitely want to try it again though!

She will look at you with a little smile which means she knows you are strong enough to go a little heavier and the next thing you know there are extra weights on your barbell or trap bar and you are lifting more than you ever thought possible. From her explanations to the modifications that she provided, all around really knowledgeable and made me feel safe to move in ways that I was apprehensive about. I will mention that this class is a part of a series so some may feel like they’re missing out by jumping in but I felt good about it.
