すべてのレビューを表示The class was great. The instructor instructed very well. It was my first time to the class. I was able to keep up with the class without visually seeing what the instructor was doing in the space that was in on the floor.

すべてのレビューを表示I had a lot of fun with these ladies, a very friendly personable class, that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Wasn’t a super intense workout, but still felt like time was spent on all the areas and it was challenging enough that muscles will be sore tomorrow . Very comfortable atmosphere, and I liked that!
