Was fun and instructor asked me about my favorite workouts and incorporated my all time fave - jump board on the reformer! Felt like I got in some cardio, strength, and deep stretching. Love it !

すべてのレビューを表示Amazing class! Instructor was so attentive and knowledgeable. I have both back and hip injuries and I felt so taken care of. The studio was clean and very mellow. The perfect atmosphere and an incredible workout. I feel more in touch with my body post class. I will definitely be coming back! GREAT class for beginners
