すべてのレビューを表示The instructor is really helpful and would go around giving help and guidance with alignment. She would occasionally speak in English to support understanding! Her cues were clear and gentle as well. I was surprised by how we could BURN so much from a barrel class.

すべてのレビューを表示First time here and it was great! Informed instructor, Mark, of my injuries at the start of the session. He assessed them to ensure that I’ll be safe in the workouts. Within 1 session, he safely helped me regain confidence in workouts that I have been avoiding due to recent injury. Mark also planned the session based on my SMART goals. Overall, Mark is knowledgeable and genuine. For someone recovering from recent injuries, I feel empowered and motivated to train under his guidance. Highly recommended.
