When the room is dark, following others is tough because they might be looking around too. Also, people with astigmatism may have trouble seeing clearly. The workouts are still fun though! 👍

すべてのレビューを表示Sometimes I get too tired or lazy and I think about cancelling the class the day before but each time after class, I'm always always always so glad that I didn't.. because Darren's class ALWAYS ROCKS! His energy is infectious. His playlist so~ thoughtfully curated that it's always awesome beyond words. His moves are superb. He is warm, genuine, funny and he gives little nuggets of life advice. Yes, his choreo can be fast and a little complicated but he is setting the standard of how an absolutely awesome spin class should be. And if you're a beginner don't be afraid, just join Darren's class. He's super nice to beginners and he always give options. And the R10T spin studio has the most beautiful lights and special effects.. I'm telling you it's such a bonus treat. Staff are friendly too. What's not to love? ❤️

すべてのレビューを表示Kenneth's Elevate class is one of the better ones I have attended at YM and I have attended quite a few some of which were not very well thought out and felt all over the place. This one was very well sequenced and everything made sense from the warmup postures to the strength drills and they definitely helped with achieving the final pose. The peak pose was crow & firefly + combinations of/ transitions between these 2. I can already can do titthibasana somewhat decently but I still got some really good pointers and tips to improve my form and even be able to play around with transitions. Great sweat sesh too!

すべてのレビューを表示It was a very interesting experience; using a different machine from the usual reformer I was used too. Room was big and had ample space between the reformers. I liked how they had a towel and spray bottle under each reformers to wipe instead of using the disposable ones. We followed the moves illustrated on the tv at the front of the room. Instructor sometimes does the exercises with us and walks around to correct your form. She counts the reps but not when to breathe in and out. So I suggest having some form of pilates experience will be good before going for this class. The exercises were challenging but it was doable. Instructor also provides options. Although it was a 45min exercise, I felt all my muscles fired up. A full body workout! I love how the exercise ended with a cold towel and the shower rooms have a wet and dry area. Just a small thing to note, the introduction of the machine was done in 5min despite reminding us to arrive 15-20min early.

すべてのレビューを表示It’s the best Pilates class I have attended so far. Ryan is such a patient, encouraging instructor and really goes out to explain clearly and ensure we are working on the right muscles. I was going to write off Pilates as I never sweat in these classes but Strong really change my mind! Very challenging and will want to try again! Great job, Ryan! Thanks a lot!

すべてのレビューを表示Clear instructions and great workout omg my legs were trembling midway (Had to hold onto the mirror HAHHA and inadvertently left my fingerprints there LOL) 👹😡🔥🔥🔥 and omg Hu knew counting to 100 could be so LONG OMG HAHAHHA but great workout I like that we covered arms abs and legs. I felt very present during the workout and time passed so quickly for me!! Overall a great class, will reccomend 💯

One thing I liked was that with each movement she will tell us whether to inhale & exhale — great for people like me who unconsciously hold my breath or breathe inconsistently when I'm going through the series of movements. She was constantly looking out for us and adjusting our postures as well.

Loved the community at S30 - everyone was so welcoming and great energy. Might be tough for beginners, but there are assistance and guidance throughout the workout which makes the session accessible.

If you're new to fitness, the coaches will guide you and correct your form or provide you with a regression if you struggle with the exercises. For first timers to BFT, best advice is to arrive at least 5 mins before class so that the coaches on duty can register and check you in for the class. Pay attention and listen to the format and demonstration of the exercises - the format of the classes differs everyday so listen carefully and attentively otherwise you'll be confused and lost during class. Overall I had a good time and experience at BFT Orchard - will definitely visit again!!

I’ve been to gyms where they just go through the motion and leave you to do your own thing, form off or not, but Nicole was attentive and kept coming back to check on me and correcting my form. Only suggestion would be to reduce the lying down movement as it’s a fast turnover class, constant lying down and going back to the bike might be dizzy.

I have very dismal experience in strength training and the class was a massive struggle town for me — but Sharmaine was patient and encouraging, especially with offering regressions and corrections on form. I can tell Axiom takes strength seriously. Probably one of the best classes I’ve been too! :)

Literally came off the bike catching my breath and almost lost my balance when I stepped down the stairs 😂 2nd time here, great vibes from the instructor and clear instructions with proper warm up and cool down. It was a full class compared to the previous one I went, so solo workouts in your own stations this time. Will be back but probably not gona over-push myself with death by cardio 😂
