I also like that there are only two blocks to prevent me from feeling confused and overwhelmed with the different workouts I have to do. Zai is encouraging and takes initiative to suggest more manageable workouts which I appreciate.

Some were really difficult for me but also made me feel that if I come for a few more sessions and consistently practice I’d be able to do it better! The instructor was very nice, explained the reason for doing things, helped to correct posture etc. I also appreciate instructors who take the effort to remember names! Highly recommended!

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was very friendly and helpful with helping to get familiar with the movements, and even suggesting simpler progressions for more complicated movements. Feels like this class is more suited for those who at least have some exposure to strength training/weight lifting as it’s a fast paced circuit and there isn’t much time for the instructor to be guiding you throughout. Overall, still a really good workout and enjoyed myself!

The gym has a training schedule (different phases throughout the year etc.) so it’s probably more holistic and helpful to come in for the long term.
