    This is such a great class! Brandon, the instructor, was so motivating and positive throughout the whole class. The short bursts of high-level intensity followed by recovery work really well. Looking forward to doing this class again.

    I love all of Alicia’s classes, but this one was extra amazing. The playlist was so great, Rhyme Dust to Linkin Park to FOB to Foster the People?! Loved that we ended class with planks too, a great mix up!
