I love that most instructors incorporate yoga philosophy, breath work, and mudras into their practice. Fernanda’s class was not super challenging but still felt amazing afterwards. The hand adjustment helped a lot.

すべてのレビューを表示Beautiful studio. Clean and modern! Love that they assign spots to minimize any weird crowding. Sculpt was a little less strenuous than the core power version since it’s not heated (the room was definitely warm but maybe like 80 degrees), and there was no HIIT portion. I will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示I LOVED my first class at Limber Yoga! I am still new to yoga so I tried the Friday morning Beginner class first. Aubrey was so welcoming and provided clear instructions plus throughout the class encouraged us to listen to our bodies. You didn’t feel pressured into certain movements and many modifications were available. Very spacious with lots of plants and natural light which made the class so peaceful and freeing. I can’t wait to try more classes!

The high-energy environment, combined with elements of yoga, barre, and weightlifting, made for a comprehensive workout that left me feeling both challenged and invigorated.
