    Really great class! I will definitely be back! Total body weight workout. There’s essentially no cardio and it’s strictly weights. I do wish the music was more current and that some of the songs were more upbeat because that would make the class go by faster.

    I’ve been to this studio a couple of times now and have found that every teacher is wonderful and supportive and have had an excellent experience every time. I have been rehabbing injuries from different sports and have found that these barre classes are perfect for working on fundamentals of joint movement that help build strength and functional ability.     I always love the strength class and Elizabeth is great and super friendly. I think it’s because I took 3 classes in two weeks, the moves, sequence and playlist were all the same so it felt too repetitive and less engaging especially in my third class. I hope she’ll switch things up for future classes.

    Great first full instruction, Jessica!! I enjoyed the class. A couple small suggestions to improve -- first, try to match the movements to the music a bit more, it really helps us to stay aligned & present. Second, my heart didn't really beat harder during the cardio song, so maybe crank that up a bit. Overall I had a lovely class and don't doubt at all that Jessica will be a very successful instructor!
