Tracy's energy was absolutely infectious – from the moment class started, she kept everyone motivated and pushing through even the toughest circuits. Her enthusiasm and positive vibe made the workout not only effective but also fun! Whether you're new or experienced, you'll feel welcome and challenged in the best way. If you’re looking for a great workout with an amazing instructor, definitely try one of Tracy's classes. Highly recommend!

I also made sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to acquaint myself with the studio and get properly set up. Friendly tip for other newbies - you’ll be setting yourself up for success in this class if you arrive nice & early :)

Anissa was super motivating, described and demonstrated each move multiple times and went around the room to check in on form. The moves were also displayed on screens around the room which was super helpful for reference. Music was upbeat and energizing. This was my second time and I had no trouble keeping up. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking to learn boxing and get a great strength training & HITT workout.

すべてのレビューを表示Tara is such a great instructor, and has the best music! Excellent cueing and she is so positive and energetic. Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

It was definitely difficult (and I was using the lightest weights!), but I feel really good coming out of it and I intend to come back and take more classes :)

すべてのレビューを表示Great class! The instructor was very attentive and provided helpful tips throughout the class so I could improve my form! I’d recommend adding a couple of modification ideas for exercises. For example, by the end of class, I think I did over 100 box jumps - that’s a lot for not having done box jumps in years and I was definitely feeling it in my legs/knees after lol.

What I especially liked about this class is there were a few more Pilates type workouts added. Just make sure you get there on time, as they close and lock the door ~7 mins after class start time

すべてのレビューを表示I really liked Celeste’s demeanor. I felt like she and the other students just leaving her class before mine, were all friendly and glad. Celeste has a happy way about her, which made the class feel open and doable for me. The workout itself was plenty of work for me as a newbie. She was great about helping me better position my poses while being attentive to the other student too. I also liked the space itself as it was very sunny and I appreciated that she had the windows open for fresh air. I will definitely return.

Intro to Core Havn Class
すべてのレビューを表示Loved this! Very approachable intro to the machine. I do a bit of mat Pilates and have done barre in the past so it felt familiar enough in terms of the form. Mia offered lots of modifications which was appreciated, I was able to modify to make some moves harder and others more challenging. I think I will take one more intro class and then try one of their more classic formats!
