すべてのレビューを表示Room is not big but has a good variety of equipments (stair climbers, ski machines, treadmills, air bikes, squat stands, etc.). Love the structure of the class (7-min rounds of different workouts) it makes you busy and not bored. I’m a beginner for fitness classes and this is challenging but not impossible as you can use lighter weights. Tracy checked in with me a few times during the class knowing I’m new, teaching me how to use equipments, the right postures and the right muscles to use.

For the other Barry’s classes I’ve taken, there are often people looking around confused because the demos are very limited so people aren’t sure to do. Stefon was great about showing the moves to avoid that.

すべてのレビューを表示Really great class! I will definitely be back! Total body weight workout. There’s essentially no cardio and it’s strictly weights. I do wish the music was more current and that some of the songs were more upbeat because that would make the class go by faster.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class! The instructor was very attentive and provided helpful tips throughout the class so I could improve my form! I’d recommend adding a couple of modification ideas for exercises. For example, by the end of class, I think I did over 100 box jumps - that’s a lot for not having done box jumps in years and I was definitely feeling it in my legs/knees after lol.

What I especially liked about this class is there were a few more Pilates type workouts added. Just make sure you get there on time, as they close and lock the door ~7 mins after class start time

すべてのレビューを表示I really liked Celeste’s demeanor. I felt like she and the other students just leaving her class before mine, were all friendly and glad. Celeste has a happy way about her, which made the class feel open and doable for me. The workout itself was plenty of work for me as a newbie. She was great about helping me better position my poses while being attentive to the other student too. I also liked the space itself as it was very sunny and I appreciated that she had the windows open for fresh air. I will definitely return.

She has some steps ahead of time and if you've never been before, make sure you read any additional instructions about when to arrive, how to prepare, etc. This helps make sure you get all your allotted time. すべてのレビューを表示Loved this! Very approachable intro to the machine. I do a bit of mat Pilates and have done barre in the past so it felt familiar enough in terms of the form. Mia offered lots of modifications which was appreciated, I was able to modify to make some moves harder and others more challenging. I think I will take one more intro class and then try one of their more classic formats!
