Marin and Shaw were both so welcoming and friendly, and they checked in with me often to demonstrate the workouts and correct my form. There were also monitors that clearly showed which movements to complete, which made my experience less overwhelming as a newbie. I left the class feeling energized and satisfied from the workout intensity.

すべてのレビューを表示I had an amazing time at F45! It was my first class and I was pretty nervous walking in. Savannah and Hien motivated and empowered me, even when I wanted to give up during sets. They gave me weights I was comfortable with and adjusted my form when necessary. 10/10, would recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示As someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!

Every single thing I did in that class was new to me, but it was all so easy to understand and Kellen’s coaching was so thorough and I felt like he was asking all the right questions trying to really understand what I want to get out of the workout. I really like that it’s not just a workout it’s basically a personal training session. I will for sure be coming back here and telling my friends about this place!

Her playlists are always so good, the flow feels intentional, and she does an amazing job cueing movements so you feel challenged but still successful. I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and in a noticeably better mood (and SWEATY). Happy to have found such a great way to start my Sundays!

すべてのレビューを表示I love Lucy’s classes! I had hip surgery not long ago, and ever since surgery I try to attend 1 of Lucy’s classes a week. I’ve had no issues with pain and she always gives modification options on movements which I appreciate since my hips aren’t very flexible. I’ve done several classes at CorePower that are way too rushed and cardio driven, where you feel like you can never catch up and when you do, they are already onto the next movement, however Lucy is the perfect level of cardio and weight sculpting. She gives plenty of opportunity for breaks and less challenging movements to lower your heart rate throughout class. Highly recommend!

He asked about any injuries in the beginning of the class and made sure to help make adjustments to avoid aggravating my injury and instead strengthen the surrounding muscles. He also checked in on everyone and helped tweak form throughout the class. Then at the end he provided some helpful tips to help with strengthening, further injury prevention, and recovery. Highly recommend!

There was a fan or something that was on for the first portion of class and it was hard to hear, but Mikaela walked around while giving instructions then, which helped with the noise.

She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. I had a good workout, the location is convenient, and will be back!
