I really enjoyed the space, the equipment, and the attendees. Great group of people who are focused on improving themselves physically and mentally. Highly recommend taking this class with Mollie!

She has been teaching since college and somehow has the ability to instruct as she works just as hard or harder than her 20’s and 30’s participants! Vinyasa class with Amanda was a gift — a priceless offering. Thank you so very much for a most thoughtful, mandala style flow and the words of wisdom. It pressed deeply on my third eye. I’ll be back!

I enjoyed the strength training and yoga more than the cycling but overall it was a positive experience. And the music was motivating—helped take your mind off all of the sweating!!

Her routines are interesting, cues are VERY helpful, and while some poses might be difficult (for me at least), she demos modifications that honors different abilities.
