すべてのレビューを表示Okay wow— legit yoga studio and beyond! Pilates/yoga studios can be a gamble but this one is one of the best yoga studios I’ve been to-period. Vinyasa class with Amanda was a gift — a priceless offering. Thank you so very much for a most thoughtful, mandala style flow and the words of wisdom. It pressed deeply on my third eye. I’ll be back!

すべてのレビューを表示This was a great class! It was challenging but Mary Grey was very encouraging. This is the second time I’ve been to this location, and it is such a welcoming environment. They encourage modifications when needed but also inspire you to challenge yourself.

I was quite nervous at first, but as soon as I walked in Stephanie greeted me and gave me the run down on how the class will go. Making me more comfortable and relaxed into taking today’s class. You will definitely burn a sweat I will be coming back!

The instructor, McKenzie, inspired me throughout the session and helped me make adjustments when I felt lost. It was a challenging workout and I will definitely be back!
