すべてのレビューを表示Allie is an incredible instructor. She is great at micro instructions, which is how you get better in Yoga. It’s not the pose- it’s how your body is responding in every part to the pose. She makes the class go by quickly because it’s intense but yet so exhilarating and when you’re done, you feel such peace because you have worked your body in such healing ways that your body appreciates!

I was looking for one of their slower paced and stretch focused classes which is exactly what I got, plus new muscle groups I’ve never had targeted before at other studios! すべてのレビューを表示My second time coming to this class, love the class and love the instructor! It gives more of a mat Pilates class than yoga- I would say it’s a good mix of both, but you are doing lunges squats etc with 3 and 5 pound weights. Will becoming to the class again!

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed the class and the studio was incredibly welcoming! I would definitely return and take another class, I really enjoyed the instructor and workout. My only small grievance is the class I believe was labeled as a warm sculpt class, but it didn’t seem to be warm or heated at all and there was even a bit of a draft. But again, still 5 stars!!!
