I have been doing yoga for about 78 months and I’ve had a lot of amazing teachers throughout this time, but this was by far just the most rewarding class I’ve ever taken. I am looking for classes with this instructor and I don’t see any so hopefully she’ll do more classes.

I was looking for one of their slower paced and stretch focused classes which is exactly what I got, plus new muscle groups I’ve never had targeted before at other studios! Looking forward to coming back for one of the strengthening or higher-intensity options!

すべてのレビューを表示Great class and studio. We did most of the classical sequence. Loved the small class size and relaxed, fun vibe of the instructor. The space was cozy, and the temperature perfect (not too warm or cold). I could see myself becoming a regular.

すべてのレビューを表示My second time coming to this class, love the class and love the instructor! It gives more of a mat Pilates class than yoga- I would say it’s a good mix of both, but you are doing lunges squats etc with 3 and 5 pound weights. Will becoming to the class again!

すべてのレビューを表示I had a sweaty blast. I wouldn’t recommend this one for beginners, but if you’re fairly familiar with the poses by name, you’ll get a good workout. Classes are very full but well organized so it works.
