    Sustainability Strong

    Attended a Saturday 9am Sustainably Strong strength class using class pass. The instructor was Alex and he is PHENOMENAL! The gym is great; the class was super fun and well-paced. This is one of the best strength classes I've taken (beginner to intermediate level). They let you take photos of the workout and also give you a cute thank you card if it's your first time 💚🎉 (only writing a big review as the instructor held a great class!)

    First timer! I really enjoyed the class and the instructor. The staff and the regulars were super friendly and supportive. The music was upbeat and the instructor gave clear instructions and also helped me on my form. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to get started on their fitness journey!

    HIIT Group Fitness Class

    Luca is a patient and helpful trainer who does a great job guiding beginners through a complete workout. He explains exercises clearly, provides encouragement, and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the session. Highly recommend for anyone new to fitness!
