    IN STUDIO | STRENGTH LAB

    Love Devin’s classes! The strength class is great because it isn’t your typical Barre class and using heavy weights is great! Devin is super helpful and if you ever need guidance on something, she is there to help. Can’t recommend her classes enough!

    B3 Classes/B3 Strength

    First time doing barre and I enjoyed it. Simple movements but still challenging. You can do the workouts barefoot or with grip socks. Studio is clean and organized. Room is somewhat small but just big enough for the class size. Instructor did a good job of explaining and demonstrating workouts. Will definitely be back.

    If you wanna sweat like you never have before then join this class. I don’t know how I survived an hour but I did. I really liked the instructor and how she teaches the class. I would take her class but probably not hot yoga. Bring a yoga mat and a big bottle of cold water. I finished mine before class ended. They also have showers
