Good workout! Strong core section, my husband wishes he had his abs, you can tell he doesn’t skip any reps.

He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

The flow was great and I really loved the little balance game she did towards the end. The eucalyptus towel fanning and the candles are such a wonderful bonus. Overall, class was challenging, light-hearted, and invigorating!

I loved it and will be back, I’d recommend any new folks follow a more tenured class mate for the first class to get the hang of it. It is fast paced but you also forget you are working out! Margo was a doll! Loved her!

I was pleasantly surprised by this class, it was challenging but not unapproachable for beginners. Sometimes boutique studios like this can be cliquey but the instructor was very welcoming and encouraging to everyone. I will definitely be coming back.

With uneven, worn out cushion made for an uneven base during our leg series which made my knee joint unstable, as weight was excessively distributed back and forth from the arch of my foot to the edge of the foot. Considering the cost of classes here. I’m hoping to see some new reformers soon.

I’ve attended Y6 Hot Flow at several studios with other instructors and this was by far the best. The studio itself was nice. Small room made for a more manageable class that allowed for better personalized attention especially where form is critical. The showers were an awesome bonus to rinse off before I headed out. Highly recommend Charlie and this location.

As someone who's experienced in yoga, I felt that the flow was well-paced and synchronized, but it does get pretty fast and free-flowing at times based on the instructor's style. Therefore, I would say if you're very new to yoga and not super comfortable with different poses and doing things fast-paced this may be a bit of a challenging class for you.

The focus on opening up the shoulders, hips, and glutes was just what I needed at the end of the week/before a weekend of working (as a Registered Nurse). She keeps the workouts fun but be ready to work! I've taken different classes here and they are all fun in different ways. The workouts are challenging and effective, but what’s great is that you can dial them up or down depending on your fitness goals. Every coach here is fantastic—knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. The positive, energetic culture makes it a place I genuinely look forward to every week. すべてのレビューを表示The best barre class I’ve ever been to! I love how it’s like solidcore with the pumping music and dark lit room. It’s definitely not your traditional barre class, which is why I love it so much because I hate barre. But it does incorporate some barre moves which I really enjoyed in that environment. Aimee was a great instructor I was surprised that she also does the moves with us! I also love the cold towel at the end of class, the cool down stretch is so nice. I also love how the studio is heated. The best barre place ever for people who hate barre or want a more amped up version!

The heat was hot but I thought it was perfect! There was only a small amount of us so there so so many hand on assist, it was great! There are several showers and locker room was clean! Will be back to try a few more class offerings.

I really liked the different exercises and being able to try machines and workouts I had never done before. She made me feel really comfortable and encouraged me to try new weights and break out of my comfort zone. I hadn’t weight lifted in so long and it felt so good. Thank you for the awesome work out, I’ll definitely be back!
