She creates such a welcoming and supportive environment, taking the time to help each person feel comfortable and confident, no matter their level. I really appreciate how she intuitively guides the class based on what everyone needs that day. It makes every session feel personalized and meaningful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students’ growth and experience. Highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示The class was amazing! I was expecting more melting into the mat “restorative” and we started with a lot of standing poses and strength work, so be prepared for that if you come - but by the end of the class I felt very relaxed and well. Valerie was a great teacher.

すべてのレビューを表示Jill was very welcoming and explained everything that was going to happen in class, I really enjoyed all the poses, chants and gong. Jill said that for some folks some emotions will come up and in my case I started crying, and it felt good to have some release. I will definitely be returning to class and highly encourage for others to try. Thank you Jill.

すべてのレビューを表示The class was incredibly calming and peaceful. I lucked out, and was able to be the only one in the class really giving an intimate one on one experience . The instructor was so kind and accommodating. She quickly was able to shift and adapt along with what my body needed and responded well too. It’s challenging, too! I got core, and arm checked!! lol Def worth another visit!

すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed the class because it was small and intimate in a cute space. Our instructor had great energy and was really friendly and helpful. It was my first time so it was definitely painful on my skin hooking my leg on the pole since I wasn't used to using a pole and I also learned that I need to work on my core strength to be able to hold myself up. I need to lose weight to make it easier but it was really fun and I look forward to learning and getting stronger.
